Situated on Ber Street, approx 200 meters up the road from John Lewis Department store and the city centre, Baby Buddha Chinese Teahouse is a family run business who take pride in offering the utmost quality in food and service.
On one side of the building is an exquisite and intimate atmosphere set in a lovingly restored grade II listed building and on the other side is a more hustling and bustling atmosphere set in a more open dining space, both fusing oriental décor with a modern contemporary setting.
Having first opened its doors in February 2009, seating around 40 people, two years later we were fortunate enough to expand into the adjacent building, previously an Adnams pub, ‘The Horse & Dray’, where the two buildings were linked and in April 2011, both sides were fully operational.
From a quick dim-sum lunch for one or a romantic dinner for two to a friends and family gathering, a corporate banquet or a great Christmas party, Baby Buddha will endeavour to cater to all your needs.
